We are a skilled deburring company with over 25 years experience in microscopic hand deburring of components for use with both the industrial and aerospace fields. We use hand tools and air dent (sand blast) to produce tight radii, to remove burrs and feather edges (both internal and any external intersections and features) caused by machining. We work up to 50x magnification. The valves and components that we deburr are used in various applications including aerospace, oil, gas and motorsport among other things.
